Investment Structure

We are a commercial structure as an onshore company in Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles, founded in 2017, with a branch in Venezuela, characterized by the commercialization and representation of products in the agricultural, construction, mining, oil and health sectors.

Treaty of Chaguaramas was an agreement signed in 1973 by Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago, which established the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). Venezuela is part of this community.

July 28, 2024 Curaçao becomes an Associate Member of CARICOM during the opening ceremony of the 47th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government in St. George's, Grenada.
On April 3, Venezuela reactivates commercial relations with the Island of the Netherlands (Curaçao)
